First, we send you an rebuilt ECU from our stock. Once you receive our ECU, you send us back your damaged ECU core. For your convenience, we include a prepaid UPS Return Label in the box.
What's the "Core Charge"?
The core charge is a deposit that we collect to ensure that the exchange is completed. When we receive your ECU core at our office, we refund the core charge immediately back to your credit card.
Your old ECU must be returned within 5 days of the delivered date in order to receive the refund of the core deposit. You may be subject to additional charges, in addition to a canceled warranty, if you do not return your old ECU within 5 days of receiving your new rebuilt ECU.
ECUs returned in non-rebuildable condition, such as heavy water damaged, fire damaged or manipulated ECUs, may receive a partial refund, or no refund at all.
When you choose the repair service you send your unit to our location.
Once we receive the unit, we test and diagnose the unit. Then we repair it, if it is needed, and we send it back to you with a report of what caused the unit to go bad.
How do I send the ECU for Repair?

Step 3: Print the email confirmation.
Step 4: Send the Repair Form along with your ECU
When we receive the unit, a technician will call you to follow-up on the repair.
What's the Turnaround time on a Repair?
Repairs take between 3-5 days once we receive the unit at our offices.
