You are buying a Repair and return service. The service consist on you sending your ECU set ECU-EWS-KEY to our location were we will properly test and diagnose .

Once we find what is wrong with your ECU we will report to you for approval of the repairs .

If we find your ECU is beyond repair, we will exchange it at no extra cost. No CORE charges or deposits will be added to your final bill.

Our service repair have a average turn around time of 5 days from the day the package is delivered to our office .

If your EWS or your Key Fobs are defective, we will quote you a fair price and ask for your approval before we place an order from our supplier. Our BMW supplier will need proof our vehicle ownership and a picture ID. You can provide that to us by email.

If within ten (10) business days, you decide to return the ECU/DME for any reason except in the case of a warranty claim, a 35% restocking fee will be assessed. You must contact us for any returns or warranty claims. You might forfeit any refunds if you do not call us and get approval first.

***Before agreeing to buy the Repair and Return service, please make sure your mechanic or person working on your car knows that your DME/ECU is bad, in need of repairs or replacement.
