When you choose the repair service you send your unit to our location. Once we receive the unit, we test and diagnose the unit.
Then we repair it, if it is needed, and we send it back to you with a report of what caused the unit to go bad.
HOW DO I SEND MY UNIT FOR REPAIR?
Step 1: Click the orange "Fill repair form" icon
Step 2: Fill out the form.
Step 3: Print the email confirmation.
Step 4: Pack your Immobilizer, Interface and Keys securely.
Step 5: Send the repair form along with your Immobilizer, Interface and Keys.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR THE REPAIR:
Repairs take between 5 days once we receive the unit at our offices.
